About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Hadoop Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Hadoop Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Hadoop-based applications. You will work closely with senior developers and data analysts to ensure the efficient processing of large-scale data sets and the creation of robust data pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and develop Hadoop-based applications
• Write efficient and optimized code to process and analyze large-scale data sets
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
• Troubleshoot and debug Hadoop job failures and performance issues
• Work with data analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
• Stay updated with the latest Hadoop technologies and best practices
• Document code and processes for future reference

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Hadoop development or Big Data analytics
• Proficient in Java programming language
• Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, MapReduce, YARN, HBase, Hive, etc.)
• Experience with one or more Hadoop distributions (Cloudera, Hortonworks, MapR, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and best practices
