Salary: $97 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Linux System Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Linux System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's Linux servers, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems and a strong understanding of network and server administration.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems on our company's servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Implement security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats.
• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring that access is granted or revoked as needed.
• Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, and FTP.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and updates.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Linux technology.
• Provide technical support to end-users and assist with system-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux operating systems, including CentOS, Red Hat, and Ubuntu.
• Strong understanding of network and server administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
