Job Description: As a NoSQL Database Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our NoSQL databases. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our databases, as well as optimizing and streamlining data retrieval processes. Your expertise in NoSQL databases will be essential in guiding our team towards the best practices and ensuring the quality of our data.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain NoSQL databases to support our business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand database requirements
• Develop data models and database schemas to support data storage and retrieval
• Optimize and tune database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and performance bottlenecks
• Monitor database systems and ensure data integrity and security
• Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve database performance and efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior database developers
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate database solutions into applications
• Document database design, architecture, and processes for future reference

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB
• Strong experience in data modeling and database design
• In-depth knowledge of NoSQL database concepts, best practices, and performance tuning
• Proficient in database query languages such as SQL, NoSQL, or JSON
• Experience with database administration and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
