Position: Oracle Developer Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Oracle Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development and implementation of Oracle-based solutions. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle-based solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to understand project requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, code, and documentation in accordance with established standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle-based solutions.
• Work closely with database administrators to design and optimize database structures and queries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to continuously improve our development processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database and development tools such as PL/SQL, SQL, Forms, and Reports.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
