Job Overview: As an Oracle ERP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle ERP solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and business analysts to understand our clients' requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Your expertise in Oracle ERP will be crucial in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle ERP technologies.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and functionality of developed solutions.
• Create technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of code.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP solutions with other applications.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP technologies and recommend improvements to the existing systems.
• Participate in project planning and estimation.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing Oracle ERP solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP development.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, and Procurement.
• Experience in developing custom solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle ADF.
• Proficient in SQL and database design.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
