Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle FI system inquiries and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system improvements.
Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and updates within Oracle FI.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.
Conduct regular audits to identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Monitor system performance, implementing optimizations for enhanced functionality.
Stay updated on Oracle FI system advancements and best practices, integrating them into operations.
Train end-users on system functionalities and provide continuous support.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by working closely with IT and finance teams.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party consultants for system integration and ongoing maintenance.
Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing for updates and changes.
Continuously evaluate and improve system processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis needs from stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to team members on Oracle FI systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle FI system analysis, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 or higher is required.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and support.
Familiarity with project management practices and cross-functional teamwork.
Oracle FI certification is a plus.
Knowledge of other Oracle modules, such as AP, AR, GL, and FA, is preferred.
