Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements and improve overall HR processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain system integrations between Oracle HCM and other HR systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM.
Develop and maintain system documentation and provide training to end users.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM releases and recommend upgrades and enhancements.
Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Participate in system testing and assist with user acceptance testing.
Provide technical support to end users and assist with system configuration and customization.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM, including implementation and support.
Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is preferred.
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, including Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, and Oracle ADF.
Experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL.
Knowledge of HR data security and privacy regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Oracle HCM certification is a plus.
