Salary: $100 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled OTM Developer to join our dynamic team. As an OTM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in the success of our company by utilizing your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop OTM solutions for our clients, including system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and perform code reviews to ensure the quality and performance of code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest OTM features and functionalities and recommend solutions to improve the overall system performance.
• Participate in system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation of OTM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical issues.
• Document technical designs, code changes, and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing OTM solutions.
• Strong experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, PL/SQL, and XML.
• In-depth knowledge of OTM modules, including Order Management, Planning and Execution, Fleet Management, and Freight Payment.
• Familiarity with web services and integration tools such as SOAP, REST, and BPEL.
• Experience with database development and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other transportation management systems such as SAP TM or JDA TMS.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Oracle Transportation Management Certification.
