Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and deploy complex Salesforce solutions including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, workflows, and Visualforce pages
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot and fix defects, and maintain high coding standards and best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, test plans, and deployment plans
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and proactively provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
Work closely with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure the stability, scalability, and optimization of the Salesforce platform

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, including building custom objects, Apex classes, and Visualforce pages
Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer certifications are required
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
Proven experience with integrations using SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and middleware
Experience with Lightning development, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA is a plus
Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards within Salesforce
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
