Salary: $92 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Servicenow platform to meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions on the Servicenow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the Servicenow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Servicenow platform based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Service Portal, and other Servicenow applications.
• Create and maintain integrations with other systems and tools.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, and reports on the Servicenow platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Servicenow applications.
• Ensure that all solutions are scalable, efficient, and in line with industry best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest Servicenow features and functionalities and suggest ways to incorporate them into our current processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Servicenow Developer.
• Strong understanding of the Servicenow platform and its various modules.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Service Portal, and other Servicenow applications.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with web services, REST APIs, and other integration methods.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
