Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide SAP solutions to meet their needs
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP solutions
Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions to support business operations
Configure and customize SAP modules based on business requirements
Conduct system testing, identify and troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions and processes
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Train end-users on new SAP functionalities and processes
Stay updated with latest SAP updates, releases, and industry trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of SAP with other business systems
Provide support for SAP production issues and participate in system upgrades and enhancements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with SAP modules
Strong understanding of SAP architecture, functionalities, and integration with other systems
Experience with SAP implementation, configuration, and customization
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
SAP certification is a plus
