Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's databases. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand our business needs and translate them into effective database solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL development and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support our business needs.
• Optimize database performance by analyzing query execution plans and identifying areas for improvement.
• Design and implement database structures to support new applications and features.
• Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical input for database design.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks and implementing data validation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor database performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for databases and related systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SQL development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL development, with a strong understanding of database design and best practices.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Experience with database performance tuning and optimization.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality database solutions within tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of other database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB is a plus.
