About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Python Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python programming language. As a Python Software Engineer, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale applications to large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python programming language
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
• Continuously improve and optimize existing codebase for better performance and scalability
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python programming language and incorporate them into our software development process
• Work closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and expectations
• Participate in planning, estimation, and prioritization of software development tasks
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development process and tools
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to ensure software quality and timely delivery of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python programming language
• Strong knowledge of Python programming language, including its core principles and commonly used libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy
• Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Proficient understanding of database management and SQL
• Experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies and trends in software development
