Job Overview: As an RF Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of our RF products and systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test plans, conducting tests, and analyzing data to identify and troubleshoot issues. Your expertise in RF testing methodologies and equipment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans for new RF products and systems
• Conduct various tests such as power, noise figure, gain, and linearity using RF test equipment
• Analyze test data and identify any performance issues or deviations from specifications
• Collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve any RF related problems
• Document and report test results to the engineering team and provide recommendations for improvements
• Maintain and calibrate RF test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in RF testing methodologies and equipment
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on the testability of new products and systems
• Assist in the development of test fixtures and procedures for new products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF testing
• In-depth knowledge of RF testing methodologies and equipment
• Strong understanding of RF principles and components such as amplifiers, filters, mixers, and antennas
• Proficient in using RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for RF testing is preferred
