Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Implement DevOps practices to automate build, test, and deployment processes
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions to meet their requirements
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and implement new features and functionality as needed
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications and processes
Mentor and guide junior developers in the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP APIs
Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus
