Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior IT Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior IT Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our company's information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT risk management policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the company's IT systems.
• Design and implement risk mitigation measures to reduce the impact of potential risks.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management processes are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the IT team on risk management best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT risk management field and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the company's risk profile, highlighting areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or other IT-related emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are preferred.
