Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood
Conduct regular project meetings and provide regular updates to team members
Manage project budget and ensure all expenses are tracked and within budget
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
Mentor and coach project managers to develop their skills and knowledge
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
PMP certification is preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Proficient in project management tools and software
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
