Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing projects from conception to completion. This is a key leadership position that requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead project teams and manage project progress, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide guidance and support to project team members
• Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring projects are within budget and adhering to financial guidelines
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports
• Manage project scope and change control processes, ensuring project objectives are met and any changes are properly approved and documented
• Lead project closure activities, including project evaluations and lessons learned sessions
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior project management role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is preferred
