Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan for the implementation and management of SAP systems.
Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, including project managers, developers, and consultants, to ensure the successful delivery of all SAP initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that align with our overall business strategy.
Oversee the implementation of SAP modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within budget delivery of all SAP projects.
Ensure the quality and integrity of SAP data and processes, and implement necessary controls and procedures to maintain data accuracy.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for SAP initiatives.
Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of SAP systems and processes to drive operational efficiencies and support business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing SAP programs and projects.
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, including full lifecycle implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
SAP certification is a plus.
