Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of current software systems and processes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, project managers, and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements for new software development projects.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of software systems and processes, including flowcharts, diagrams, and user manuals.
Utilize various techniques such as data modeling, process mapping, and root cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot issues within our software systems.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, team members, and clients.
Participate in the design, development, and testing of new software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Monitor software performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and analysis, and make recommendations for process improvements and new technologies.
Train and support end-users on the proper use of software systems and processes.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party software and services into our systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and analysis.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with database design and SQL.
Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
