Position: Servicenow Architect

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Servicenow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions using Servicenow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Servicenow development, architecture, and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the Servicenow platform that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Lead the development and implementation of custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the Servicenow platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide recommendations for Servicenow solutions.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to other developers to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Servicenow platform.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Servicenow platform enhancements and provide recommendations for incorporating them into current solutions.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and provide accurate status updates.
• Mentor and train junior developers on the Servicenow platform and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow development and architecture.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions on the Servicenow platform.
• Strong knowledge of Servicenow core architecture and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
• Experience with Servicenow scripting, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Servicenow integration tools, such as REST, SOAP, and MID server.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
