Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the Servicenow cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with IT team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Servicenow platform
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, installation and configuration guides, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Servicenow cloud infrastructure, including performance, availability, and security
Continuously monitor and optimize the Servicenow cloud infrastructure to ensure it meets the business needs and performance standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest Servicenow releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades
Lead the implementation of new Servicenow applications and features, including integration with other systems and services
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high level of expertise within the Servicenow cloud team

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Servicenow development and administration
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Servicenow cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security
Hands-on experience with Servicenow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Certifications in Servicenow development and administration are a plus
Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
