Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Servicenow solutions based on business requirements
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Configure and customize Servicenow modules, workflows, and integrations to support business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Servicenow platform, including identifying and fixing bugs
Develop and maintain technical documentation for the Servicenow platform and processes
Stay up-to-date with Servicenow updates and new features, and make recommendations for their implementation
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth integration of Servicenow with other systems and applications
Participate in the planning and execution of Servicenow upgrades and releases
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Servicenow effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Servicenow Engineer or similar role
Extensive experience with Servicenow platform and its modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, and HR
Strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and PowerShell
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
Servicenow certification is highly desirable
