Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sharepoint Architect to join our team. As a Sharepoint Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Sharepoint platform for our organization. You will work closely with our development team and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and create solutions that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Sharepoint solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain Sharepoint architecture and governance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams for implementing Sharepoint solutions.
• Ensure proper configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Sharepoint servers, sites, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Sharepoint.
• Perform upgrades and updates to Sharepoint as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Sharepoint processes and procedures.
• Train end-users on Sharepoint functionality and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Sharepoint.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Sharepoint solutions.
• Strong understanding of Sharepoint architecture and administration.
• Experience with Sharepoint Online and Office 365.
• Experience with Sharepoint migrations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Sharepoint development tools such as SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and Visual Studio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sharepoint certification (MCSA or MCSE).
• Experience with Azure and other cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, with standard office hours. However, occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required for project deadlines or system maintenance. The Sharepoint Architect may also be required to travel to different locations for project meetings.
