Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our company. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and proactively source, screen, and hire qualified candidates. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in recruitment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates��� qualifications and fit for the role and company culture
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing timely and informative communication throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes and strategies
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and effectiveness to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor���s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other recruitment software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
