Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technology Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's technology systems and processes comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any compliance risks and implement procedures to maintain and improve our compliance posture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology compliance and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive technology compliance program to ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to technology and provide guidance to the company on necessary adjustments to remain compliant
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to review and update policies and procedures to align with compliance requirements
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on their responsibilities and obligations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any compliance-related inquiries or issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our compliance program
• Work closely with external auditors to facilitate compliance audits and ensure timely completion of any remediation efforts
• Generate and present reports to senior management on the status of compliance efforts and any potential risks
• Foster a culture of compliance within the organization by promoting awareness and accountability at all levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology compliance role, preferably in a regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
• Experience in conducting compliance audits and implementing remediation efforts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus
