Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to telecommunications services, systems, and infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and improve overall performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including call logs, network performance data, and customer feedback
• Develop and maintain data models to identify trends and patterns in telecommunications data
• Create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of telecommunications systems and services
• Utilize statistical methods and tools to perform data analysis and identify potential areas for cost savings or revenue generation
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology to inform data analysis and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems and services, including voice, data, and wireless networks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
