Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Visual Basic applications based on business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver software solutions.
Use Microsoft Visual Studio and other development tools to build and debug applications.
Write efficient and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality of the applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Basic application development.
Strong knowledge of Visual Basic, .NET Framework, and SQL.
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and other development tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
