Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Developer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our warehouse systems and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement warehouse processes and systems to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in warehouse operations and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot warehouse management software and systems.
• Train warehouse staff on new processes and systems and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory levels and locations in the warehouse management system.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warehouse processes and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a development or systems role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and processes.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and robotics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
