Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Web Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Web Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web-based graphics, including website layouts, logos, banners, and other visual elements. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the graphics you create are seamlessly integrated into our websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visually appealing website layouts, logos, banners, and other web-based graphics
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure that graphics are integrated into our websites in a seamless and user-friendly manner
• Create and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all websites and platforms
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web design and graphics
• Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and bring new ideas to life
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance the overall user experience
• Use various design software and tools to create high-quality graphics that meet project requirements and deadlines
• Conduct quality checks on all graphics to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Continuously seek and implement ways to improve the visual appeal and user-friendliness of our websites
• Collaborate with other designers and developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to graphics and web design
• Actively participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and timelines
• Stay organized and maintain project files and documentation for easy reference and future use
• Ensure all designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms and are responsive across all devices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web-based design work
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of web design principles, including user experience, typography, and color theory
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web design languages
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
• Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design and technology trends
