Job Description: As a Principal Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the frontend development team. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that the user interface is both visually appealing and highly functional. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality code that is scalable and easy to maintain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the frontend development team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly and visually appealing web applications.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code that is scalable and easy to maintain.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor and train junior developers to improve their technical skills.
• Stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for improving our development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• of experience in frontend development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of frontend developers.
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
