Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, as well as a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly applications. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to conceptualize and build cutting-edge features and functionalities
• Lead the development of new projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to improve their technical skills
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively implement them in our development process
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of our applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards
• Participate in agile development processes, including planning, estimation, and retrospectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular)
• Strong knowledge of server-side languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Java
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI)
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, JIRA)
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and to take ownership of tasks and projects
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex software projects on time and within budget
