Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions to support our applications and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide technical guidance and support.
• Partner with the operations team to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Automate deployment processes and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Develop and maintain documentation for our cloud infrastructure and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cloud computing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
