We are currently seeking a highly experienced Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and drive the development of our ML solutions.

Job Overview: As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our machine learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ML models that will be used to improve our products and services. Additionally, you will mentor and guide a team of ML engineers and work closely with other stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable machine learning solutions that will enhance our products and services
• Lead a team of ML engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into ML models
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of machine learning
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and data infrastructure to support ML models
• Work closely with data scientists and data engineers to ensure the quality and accuracy of data used for ML models
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide technical feedback to improve the overall quality of our ML solutions
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and automation within the ML development process
• Communicate and present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and developing machine learning solutions
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team and mentor junior engineers
• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in developing and deploying ML models
