Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with data scientists to identify, collect, and preprocess data for training and testing ML models.
Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to support data ingestion, processing, and model deployment.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing machine learning models to ensure they meet business objectives and maintain high accuracy.
Develop and maintain documentation for all ML models and algorithms, including code, data sources, and model performance metrics.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields, and apply new techniques and technologies to improve model performance and efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into existing products and services, and provide technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
Collaborate with software engineers to deploy ML models to production and ensure scalability and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Continuously monitor and optimize ML models to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively in a production environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or a related role.
Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java, as well as data processing and analysis tools like SQL, Spark, and Pandas.
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience with deploying ML models on cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control, code review, and testing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
