Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business problems that can be solved using machine learning
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models
Conduct thorough data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high quality and relevant data is used for training
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing machine learning models
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and incorporate them into our solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their growth and development
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance and solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and data engineering
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other languages commonly used in machine learning
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong understanding of database design and SQL
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in leading and managing a team is a plus
