Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AI engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to drive the development and implementation of AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and design AI solutions to address them.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the company's AI capabilities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based products and services, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
• Implement and maintain AI models and algorithms, ensuring their accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects, including data sources, methodologies, and algorithms used.
• Communicate progress and updates on AI projects to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI and incorporate them into the company's AI strategy.
• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new AI team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and big data technologies.
• Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.
