Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement NLP algorithms and models to extract insights from large and complex datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop NLP solutions to address them
Lead the research and development of new NLP techniques and technologies to improve existing products and services
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning and apply them to our projects
Mentor and guide junior NLP engineers in the team
Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain NLP pipelines and systems to process and analyze large volumes of data
Ensure the quality and accuracy of NLP models by conducting rigorous testing and validation
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide insights and recommendations for improving products and services
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and provide thought leadership to the team

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP or machine learning, with a focus on developing NLP solutions
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++
Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, and Gensim
Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
