Salary: $107 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Natural Language Processing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge NLP solutions to enhance our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into innovative NLP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for working with language data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop NLP models and algorithms to extract insights from large volumes of text data
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to identify business needs and develop NLP solutions that meet those needs
• Implement and optimize NLP models and algorithms in production environments
• Conduct thorough analysis of language data, identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for improving NLP models
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning techniques and incorporate them into our solutions
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior NLP engineers
• Communicate complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NLP, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Extensive knowledge of natural language processing techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or a similar language
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Gensim
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of delivering NLP solutions that meet business objectives
