As the Lead Deep Learning Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning algorithms and models. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex deep learning algorithms and models to solve challenging and real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Conduct research to identify and explore new deep learning techniques and technologies.
• Design, develop, and implement deep learning models and algorithms in Python or other programming languages.
• Train and evaluate deep learning models using large datasets.
• Optimize deep learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Lead code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
• Mentor and coach a team of deep learning developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements and trends in deep learning and communicate findings to the team.
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and other events to showcase our deep learning capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning development.
• Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, such as convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and generative adversarial networks.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and statistics.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals or conferences related to deep learning.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of deep learning developers.
