Job overview: As a Junior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any issues, bugs, or defects in our software. You will also be responsible for creating and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and providing feedback to the development team.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing on software products to identify and report any defects or issues.
• Create and execute test cases based on product requirements.
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and address reported issues.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and functionality of the software.
• Document and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Continuously improve and optimize the QA process.
• Communicate test results and progress to the development team and other stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on product improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
