Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing processes
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Identify, report, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software to ensure its functionality, usability, and performance
Monitor and analyze test results to improve the overall quality of our products
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our QA processes
Mentor and train junior QA engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
of experience in quality assurance, with in a leadership position
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing tools
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing and leading a team
