Job Title: Lead Mobile App Developer

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $123 Per hour

As a Lead Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for our company. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile application development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mobile app developers to create innovative and user-friendly mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines
• Design and implement robust and scalable mobile solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the team's code
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their growth and development
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development and share your knowledge with the team
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free and high-quality applications
• Continuously optimize and improve the user experience of existing applications
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications on various app stores

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin
• Proven experience in developing and deploying applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Experience with popular mobile app development frameworks and libraries such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin
• Proficient in using development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Visual Studio
• Excellent understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like JIRA
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
