Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts
Write, edit, and proofread technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes
Organize and maintain technical documents in a clear and concise manner
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of technical documentation
Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support content creation
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation
Identify areas for improvement in existing documentation and make necessary updates
Follow established style guidelines and adhere to company branding standards
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or technology industry
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker is a plus
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
A portfolio showcasing previous technical writing projects is highly desirable
