We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Deep Learning Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Principal Deep Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning solutions for our company. You will be responsible for creating, designing, and implementing advanced deep learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of deep learning engineers to develop and implement deep learning solutions.
• Research, design, and develop deep learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design deep learning solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support deep learning projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in deep learning and implement them in our projects.
• Mentor and train junior deep learning engineers and guide them in their professional development.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and efficiency of deep learning solutions through continuous testing and optimization.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Contribute to the development of company-wide deep learning strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deep learning engineering, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful deep learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning techniques such as CNN, RNN, and LSTM.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
