Salary: $130 Per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ML Researcher to join our team. As a Lead ML Researcher, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning projects and lead a team of talented researchers. Your role will involve developing and implementing ML algorithms, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ML researchers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Drive the development and implementation of ML algorithms to improve machine learning models
• Conduct research and experiments to identify new ML techniques and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• Present findings and results to stakeholders and make recommendations for further improvements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ML and incorporate them into the company's projects
• Provide technical expertise and support to other team members
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing ML models and processes
• Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at conferences and industry events

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research and development
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of ML researchers
• Strong understanding of ML techniques and algorithms such as deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java
• Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• A passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in ML and AI
