Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Program Manager to lead and manage our company's artificial intelligence (AI) programs. As a Senior AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of our company's AI initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an AI program strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and other cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality AI solutions
• Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and translate them into AI program requirements
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the AI industry to drive innovation and continuous improvement within our AI programs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster future business opportunities
• Manage the allocation of resources, budget, and timelines for AI projects, and provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key performance indicators
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals and enhance their skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI program management or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex AI projects
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in developing and executing AI program strategies that align with business objectives
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
• Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred
