Position: Principal AI Program Manager
Location: New York, New York, United States
Salary: $135 Per hour
Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal AI Program Manager to lead our AI program initiatives. As the Principal AI Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our AI program, including strategy, development, implementation, and maintenance. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of AI technology and its potential applications in various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI program strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Lead a team of AI specialists and developers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for various business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases and drive their successful implementation
- Manage the entire AI program lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the AI program to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of the AI program
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the program
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support the AI program's success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI program management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of AI technology, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale AI programs from ideation to deployment
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
