Salary: $133000 - $160000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the network meets the needs of the company and its users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement network solutions that meet the company's current and future needs.
• Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and systems.
• Ensure network security by implementing appropriate controls and protocols.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, VPN, and MPLS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Experience with network security practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and SDN technologies is a plus.
