Salary: $123 Per hour
Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and engineers to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers and engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business requirements
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using the latest technologies and best practices
- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and other quality assurance processes
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for improvements to our technical processes and solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and architecture
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers and engineers
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
